Mr Sim breaks down long complex concepts of Additional Maths into short and simple digestible bits so I can understand better. The lessons always start at a level where I can understand and move at a pace that I can adapt.
Explaining hard to understand Maths concepts using real life application makes it easier to understand. I now make a mental calculation when I order pizzas to see if one 9 inch is more worth it than two 6 inch pizzas.
With Mr Dion’s patience and guidance I manage to secure an A for my O level Chemistry. He used humour and interesting concepts during his teachings which made understanding really easy and my learning process smoother!

Extra lessons were arranged so I could have enough practices done to prepare for exams.
My son looks forward to the hands-on experiments in the Science lessons. Somehow he starts asking how his toys work instead of just playing with it. Recently, he brought me his toy gun and explained to me how air can be compressed but not water.
Tutor stayed behind till 10.30pm to explain further when I could not understand. With 2 weeks before my Sec 3 final exam, I was lucky to have found a tuition teacher to help me.
I missed quite a few lessons due to my CCA. Lucky Mr Sim gave me a lot of extra lessons to catch up in my A Maths.
I have always been weak in Maths but Teacher Kelvin was very patient in teaching me. I finally gain enough confidence to try questions on my own and managed to score 78% for my SA2.
Tutor Kelvin can somehow make Science concepts interesting enough for me to go through a huge pile of exam practise papers without getting bored.
